Appraisal of images from the WCPF Inter-Club DPIC competition
This competition is held annually at the Corn Exchange, Exeter. Images are ‘selected’ and scored in tandem by three experienced national judges - but what is unusual is that there is no appraisal - images are just selected. The quality and standard of most of the images is outstanding
We have taken a selection from this year’s competition and invited an experienced appraiser to give us their view - this is something that we may all benefit from - from the novice to the experienced
MEMBER’S CRITIQUE - SPEED DATING STYLE

Small groups with laptops (each led by an experienced member) - you bring in your images to be critiqued and we load them onto our laptops - you then take your images between the groups. We have found this to be the most successful and well-received approach for critique sessions.
